The Imperial Sovereign Court of Hawai‘i (ISCOH) is a non-profit, charitable organization that abides by all 501c3 rules and laws of the United States Federal Government, the State of Hawai‘i, and the International Court Council. We strive to help other communities, agencies, organizations, and individuals in need. All affiliates, events, and fundraisers associated with the ISCOH follow strict rules governed by By-Laws. If there are any comments, issues, or discrepancies please feel free to contact The Imperial Sovereign Court of Hawai‘i Board of Directors. We will be more than happy to answer any questions, share our reports, or accommodate you however you may need. The ISCOH is a Chapter of the International Court System. In service to the crown and the community that we serve.

Founded in 1981 by a former Empress (VI) of the Imperial Court of L.A./Hollywood, Charmaine Lee Anderson, the Imperial Sovereign Court of Hawai'i is a Chapter of the International Court System.
In 1965, Jose Sarria proclaimed herself the Empress of San Francisco, and laid the foundation for the formation of the Imperial Court de San Francisco. Today, the International Court System (https://internationalcourtsystem.org) has over 65 chapters in the United States, Canada and Mexico, making us the second largest GLBT organization in the world.
